At Caffenation Specialty Coffee Roasters, we strive for perfection in every roast, but we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Due to the perishable nature of coffee beans, we offer a specialized return process for equipment and unopened accessories within 14 days of purchase.
Contact Support
Email our roasting team within 14 days of receipt with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue or your reason for the return.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the specific shipping address for our warehouse.
Pack Securely
Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
Refund Processing
After we inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out a replacement within 3-5 business days.
