We roast in small batches daily. Every bag of Caffenation coffee features a 'Roasted On' date stamp, ensuring you receive your beans at their peak flavor profile, typically within days of roasting.

Do you offer pre-ground coffee or only whole beans?

While we recommend whole beans for maximum freshness, we offer custom grinding services for espresso, pour-over, Aeropress, or French press. Simply select your preferred grind size on the product page.

What is your shipping policy for domestic orders?

We ship nationwide via express courier. Orders placed before 12:00 PM are processed the same business day, with most customers receiving their fresh roast within 2-3 business days.

Can I return a bag of coffee if I don't like the taste?

As coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order or if the product is damaged, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or store credit.
